Its a Malay Invasion! This is a really good comp featuring both new and classic Malaysian bands. You have the Oi! godfathers of Malaysia - A.C.A.B. along with Gerhana Skacinta and the Times which I believe both feature past members of A.C.A.B. Gerhana Skacinta is a rocking ska/rocksteady band and The Times have a more garage rock kind of sound. The other bands all have a more classic melodic Oi! sound and are a great introduction into the Malay scene. Its on the premier Malay label Clockwork Records and was released in 2005.
